Offerings

  • Work relationships can be hard at times, but they are critical to a business’s success. This workshop focuses on building skills around navigating conflict, delivering feedback, and developing a culture of trust. Knowing how to communicate with impact, without damaging relationships is critical, along with using your voice to speak your truth. This workshop provides a framework and tools that allow you to create the conditions for dialogue, explore discomfort, build mutual agreement, and improve performance in the future.

  • As companies grow and scale, they become less focus on the people and the team dynamics. People need to understand their work and communication style, and the styles of their managers, peers, and/or direct reports in order to listen better and speak more effectively. This workshop will blend assessments with a few simple models to get the team working better together, and getting results. Also optional to add vision development, strategic alignment, developing shared norms.

  • Change puts a lot of stress and burden on leaders and employees because of the impacts to the day-to-day. Change leaders are critical to the success of a change, and skilled change leaders are more likely to impact the success (or failure!) of a change, and increase productivity, engagement, and lower turnover. Using a leading change framework, and some useful tools and skills for building self awareness and communicating about the change, leaders can learn in this workshop how to lead themselves and others during times of transition and uncertainty.

  • Change is the new normal for organizations. This workshop teaches participants how to handle ambiguity, strengthen resilience, and lead themself through change. It goes beyond the “how-to” of managing change by providing a foundational understanding of how people process change, psychologically and emotionally, and how to recognize and address resistance to change.

  • Include 3 Zoom calls to prep for and debrief the session

  • A survey that participants will complete in advance to help me customize the session
